Slyp is Australia's most trusted loyalty and receipts partner. Our products are available in a number of channels including Go Rewards, via SMS & Email, in retailers apps/web and in the NAB banking app.
Slyp receipts are available in thousands of stores Australia wide. You can see a list of retailers that provide Slyp receipts in our locations tab above. We will continue to update this so keep an eye out for new additions.
Yes you can. Slyp receipts are currently available to all NAB Personal Banking customers through the NAB banking app.

Go Rewards
Go Rewards is the new home for rewards, powered by Slyp, that brings all of your favourite loyalty programs under one roof. Earn rewards, save money and capture all your digital receipts in one secure and convenient mobile app.
No, in 2024 Slyp launched Go Rewards, a new consumer app and the home of rewards.
Your existing digital receipts that were saved in the Slyp app (now Go Rewards) can be found under the new area of the app called Activity.
Go Rewards will be adding new rewards programs soon. Subscribe to our marketing email list to be the first to know when new programs are added.
Privacy & Data
Slyp receives receipt data from retailers' POS systems to produce a Slyp receipt.
For delivery inside the Go Rewards app, Slyp will collect your mobile number to enable the delivery of your Slyp receipt. Mobile numbers are encrypted to protect your privacy.
For delivery inside the banking app Slyp will collect anonymised bank transaction data in order to match the POS receipt data to the bank transaction and enable the delivery of the Smart Receipt to the customer.
Slyp will also receive anonymised customer demographic information to provide retailers with business insights. For delivery via SMS Slyp will collect the customer phone number to enable the delivery of smart receipts. Phone numbers will be encrypted to protect customers’ privacy.

Anonymised demographic information may be shared with retailers to provide them with general business insights. Identifiable customer data or receipt information will never be shared without explicit consent from the customer.
A customer can choose to share their information with their banks (or other authorised third-parties) in order to receive additional services.
Slyp will only use data for the specific purposes agreed by the retailer who supplied such data in their services agreement. Data will not be used for undisclosed secondary purposes.
